How to join in
Even the smallest contribution makes a difference… In total, we are hoping to raise about €400,000 to cover the school’s expansion and running costs for the first few years..
You can raise funds in your community or with your neighbours by:
- holding a car boot sale
- organising a neighbourhood BBQ for charity
- holding a clothes or cake sale
- hosting a Benefiets party or dinner
- making a blog or vlog
- doing something with a local club or school
- making a donation in the form of a legacy or notarial gift
Do you want to help the children in Nepal by organising an event at a school or club?
- Give a talk or invite us to hold a presentation and organise a sponsored event
- Collect things and games and organise a market or bazaar
- Make toys or artworks and hold an auction
- Ask children to take part in a sponsored walk
Stichting Balsewa will gladly support your event with:
- Logo/posters
- visual materials
- Photos/articles or interviews/video clips made by Nepali children (English spoken)
- Material for a talk
- Information about donating by SMS
